I purchased Apricot Nectar as a potted but unbroken rose in early April of 2007. By 22 April, she was only starting to break (although on 30 April things are looking much better). She really didn't do much at all until the middle of May, when she began growing several new canes (one of the old, large ones had died).
She did bloom once or twice but like most modern roses in my garden she only did so grudgingly. Perhaps now that she has had a year to establish she will do better this year.
