Gallica, 2005, Barden
I got Marianne mostly because I wanted to add to my collection of Gallicas one which wasn't red/pink, and partly, I have to admit, because we share a name (my middle name). Marianne came with two large canes, one of which broke off in a sudden windstorm just after she was planted.
She didn't bloom for me last year, but she did grow new canes, one of which grew to about two meters tall. Can't wait to see what happens this year.
